Hey members, we’re looking for VENDORS for the Livestock Exchange bi-annual Open Studios event. Come show off and sell the jewelry you’ve been working on! This event hosts over 40 artists that reside in the building and gives them a chance to showcase their work to the city! There are usually live musical guests and a food truck, so it is always an enjoyable event. We have 10 spots available, so come join the fun!

Here’s the deets:

• Table & Chairs: One 6ft table and a chair are provided. Extra chairs available upon request.

• Power Supply: One plug-in will be located by your table upon request

• Sales Reporting: Participants must track and report their own sales and sales tax (9.99% for 64102).

• Carts: Carts for moving items are available at the LEB loading dock on a first-come, first-served basis. 

• Setup Times: Please be ready for visitors by 4:45 PM on Friday and 10:45 AM on Saturday.

• Event Duration: Be prepared to stay for the entire event.

• Display Materials: Participants must provide their own table cover, lighting, display items for jewelry, price tags, etc.
