WHAT COULD BE BETTER THAN MAKING YOUR PARTNER’S RING?!?!?
You’ll spend about 4 hours in the studio sawing, soldering, hammering, filing and finishing the piece of jewelry that your partner will wear daily, forever! Either Kelly or Louise will be with you every step of the way, guiding the process and ensuring that you leave with heirloom quality rings that you both will cherish for a lifetime. No experience is needed to participate and costs range anywhere from $400-$2500 per ring, depending on the metals and design chosen.
Don't let your wedding bands be just another thing on the wedding checklist. Making your own bands, the symbol of your union, will provide an experience that shopping online or at a jewelry store never will. Working with us is laid-back, fun and informative. And, let's be honest, who doesn't love to play with fire?
Maggie made her husband’s ring and this is what she had to say about it.
"Ever since I was a little girl I loved working with my hands. I'm not super artistic, but always enjoyed picking up a hammer or drill to do a project. I had no idea that I would eventually be able to make my husband's ring. I was ecstatic when Kelly offered to instruct me on making his wedding band. The love and effort put into making the ring made it extra special and symbolizes my commitment to him every day!"- Maggie

Charlotte + Jeff made each other’s rings with our teacher LOUISE.
“My fiancé and I met with Louise ahead of the workshop. She had great visual aids of options for our rings. The private workshop was such a special experience for us! Louise is a fantastic instructor whose teaching style was perfect for the occasion and for us to feel comfortable. No stress! She gently guided us through the steps and wherever one of us felt we made a mistake or didn’t do something right- she was quick to help and in the most encouraging way!
Our rings came out perfect. They are beautiful and just want we wanted..
We are very happy we had the opportunity to make each others rings. We will treasure them forever!” - Charlotte

Nope. Black metals are all metals that must be worked by a machine. They are not able to be worked by hand.
-Black rings cannot be re-sized.
-Broken black rings cannot be repaired.
-Most black rings can’t be cut off in an emergency – they have to be smashed off.We do have some really cool options for combining metals in various combinations, but if you had your heart set on black, unfortunately our workshop would not be a good fit for you.
The silver lining of using a material that can be fabricated/worked by hand is that the metal(s) can always be sized and adjusted as our bodies/lives change. In addition, the metal can also be melted down and reused if desired.

You Bet! We can do this during the workshop and is no additional cost. It is a great way to personal this already special ring.
